Biden Regime – AS PREDICTED – Coming For Your Guns

Now that the Marxist Far Left Regime is in complete control of U.S. government (House, Senate, Executive), they are coming for your guns.

I told you (and most know this)… The very first attack will be the requirement to register ALL GUNS. And that is exactly what they’re doing and an important part of H.R.127, a bill recently introduced in the House of the 117th Congress of the United States.

You do know what they do next (after registration), right?

This will be game over for the 2nd Amendment. And I suspect that the current supreme court may also let this sail through (I’ve lost faith in them, given their refusal to look at any evidence from you-know-what… not too long ago).

Once enacted, the countdown clock to compliance begins >> 3 months. After that, if you do not comply, you’re a felon.

Here are a few highlights for you to chew on. I will link to the House Bill below for all the gory details. Make no mistake about it. They ARE coming for your guns.

This Act may be cited as the “Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act”.

Firearm Registration System.—

Under the firearm registration system, the owner of a firearm shall transmit to the Bureau—

“(A) the make, model, and serial number of the firearm, the identity of the owner of the firearm, the date the firearm was acquired by the owner, and where the firearm is or will be stored; and

“(B) a notice specifying the identity of any person to whom, and any period of time during which, the firearm will be loaned to the person.

DEADLINE FOR SUPPLYING INFORMATION.—The transmission required by paragraph (1) shall be made—

“(A) in the case of a firearm acquired before the effective date of this section, within 3 months after the effective date of this section; or

“(B) in the case of a firearm acquired on or after the effective date, on the date the owner acquires the firearm.

“(A) IN GENERAL.—The Attorney General shall establish and maintain a database of all firearms registered pursuant to this subsection.

“(B) ACCESS.—The Attorney General shall make the contents of the database accessible to all members of the public, all Federal, State, and local law enforcement authorities, all branches of the United States Armed Forces, and all State and local governments, as defined by the Bureau.

There’s lots more in this bill, including the requirement of licensing. No license, no gun. The same for ammunition. No license, no ammo. Insurance will be required. High fees will be required. More…

[ Read H.R.127 as it is worded today as of this post date ]

Think it can’t happen? Think again…

Well, at least I shall escape the need to face the trials of old age and a slide into oblivion caused by cancer.

Guess I should refresh the batteries in my noise cancelling headsets.

i believe the entire government is utterly corrupt. But, so far, there has usually remained a token opposition from such kitchen sink anti 2a bills from Republicans–I believe only for their brand’s sake–not due to true philosophical convictions. If the RINOS (in other words virtually all Republicans) let this pass, then we will know that all pretense is abandoned. Completely. If that happens we are in a whole new level of open, aggressive tyranny. No more subtleties. No more restraint from our …betters. The Republican reaction to the events of the past year do not give hope to those depending on a return to normal party bickering now that the powers that be got rid of that naughty old orange-man-bad.

“If the RINOS (in other words virtually all Republicans) let this pass, then we will know that all pretense is abandoned.”

It’s worse than that… The gun grabbers have control of the House. No repub, whether rino or not, will be able to stop it (or something similar to “it” when it comes out of whatever committee) and then goes out for vote. Same with the Senate. Then it’s scooted over to Biden’s desk – who signs everything they put in front of him.

The Regime has total control. And I have serious doubts regarding SCOTUS.

Will this Bill get through the process? I don’t know. But they sure want it to…

I doubt this bill will go very far….way too much….way too soon. Granted, it’s every gun grabber’s fondest dream…but not expected to pass…only to serve the purpose of getting some concessions from so called “pro-gun republicans” who can go home to their “constituents” and brag how they were able to prevent a total massacre of gun rights….saying “man o man, those mean old democrats would have destroyed the 2nd amendment if we hadn’t given them a few things to save some of your rights”……it’s called incrementalism, demos and rinos have had great success with this method for years………

Dennis, I hope you are right!

Scotus has already told us we are “MOOT”
they can all stuff it where the light dont shine

Next will come a background check for any type of ammo. Good time to be reloading if you need ammo. Course I lost all guns ammo and reloading equipment in that dreaded boating accident LOL

The legislation requires a psych eval and interviews with up to 4 people. Ex wife? Too bad. Unfriendly neighbor? No gun for you.

Kevin , nor should anyone. The so called Election of 2020 was a Coup. Biden was not elected, he was installed. We are no longer a free Republic, we are The Occupied States of America. Occupied by domestic enemies.

All the Conservative voices like Rush, Hannity, and Levin could not stop Clinton, Obama, or this Coup from happening. ACTION is what is needed!

Try to cage an animal and it will almost always resist. Try to cage a group of Free People and WE WILL RESIST.

Gun control, this and the rest of their evil agenda is why they have a wall put up and are surrounded by troops.

amen this is now the SOCIALIST states of america not the UNITED states of america or the USSA not the USA

What a bunch of assholes,
they are trying to do exactly what Hitler and Stalin did,,,
may the Lord have mercy on our souls should they pass this, i dont know too many people who will comply

Lets suppose this Bill becomes Law. Who will enforce this Law? Federal Agents (FBI, BATFE, Homeland Securitym DOJ…) Are there enough Federal Agents to enforce this or will they need to solicit help from State and Local LEO?

Regardless, this is FUBAR to the tenth degree… 🙁

I think the highest level of “enforcement” will come from people’s fear.

“(8) Whoever knowingly violates section 922(aa) shall be fined not less than $75,000 and not more than $150,000, imprisoned not less than 15 years and not more than 25 years, or both.

The next level of enforcement will come from people who turn in their neighbors/friends/family. They’ll have a high level of false positives, but the successes will be trumpeted to the heavens.

good luck tryin to collect 75k from the average american and many people will die when its tried to drag these people away

The Law can be put in place without any active enforcement by any agency. There is no need to go door to door and risk people getting mad and eliminating the offending unit.

The law would only be applied to owners, who slip up, or who may be taken when it is certain they are unable to resist, and used to increase the level of their crimes, or give probable cause.

String up a few examples and really screw some people over in a very public way, then declare seasons of amnesty for those impressed by your tormented examples…so they can turn in their weapons.

You see, once you have violated ANY of the new rules….you shall never be able to own a firearm again. Unlike the proper subject, who confessed his weapons and pays the required fees…and submits to having his firearms stored at a government facility…where the subject checks their weapons in and out..when they wish to target shoot, or go hunting.

Right after the “False Flag”. Perfect timing for Bills like this one. They ALWAYS try – immediately after an “event”.

If it makes it through committee, watch for a false flag less than a week before it is supposed to be voted on.

If you remember the Reagan assassination attempt, you can go back an see all the anti-gun legislation which was before Congress at that moment, all of which due to be voted upon…just as the coffin of a dead President Reagan…shot with a “Saturday Night Special”…is paraded down Pennsylvania Avenue. Senator Ted Kennedy’s anti-gun bill to be specific. Also, most the State’s Legislatures had sweeping anti-gun bills pending at this same moment, too.

Reagan even had his picture taken in his hospital bed, smiling and holding a rifle, as he told people not to vote for these bills.

Perfect “False Flag” would be for Biden to be removed from the planet via an AR15. It would be a replay of what was attempted with President Reagan.

I was thinking a musket or an old flint/ball pistol

Last estimate I saw was 600 to 800 million guns in the hands of private citizens in the US. The majority of owners (or renters, if the .gov has their way) have accompanying ammunition for each gun.

This bill should sail right through. A few Democrats would have to cross the aisle to stop it and in this political climate that’s not going to happen. This is the danger of a one-party system. Congress thinks it up, the Senate approves, and Dementia Joe signs. End of story.
That said, I am wondering about all those firearms that were bought at a gun show, unregistered and with no money paper trail. Furthermore there is a thriving market on uppers and lowers – pieces without any form of identification. Finally, there are the 3D printed guns, what about those? is the ATF going to go to every shooting range licensed or otherwise to find these particular pieces?
I have no doubt the bill will pass and when it does many gun owners (at least the ones I know) will immediately go off-the-grid if they haven’t already. There is no record of gun ownership in the sheriff’s office in my town and there never will be.

Doesn’t really matter where you bought it. Question is what happens when you use it?

Shoot someone in self defense and you can bet they will be checking if the gun is registered.

They have thought this through, use it and we’ve got ya.

Nah. Except for Commiefornia no state requires you to put a number on a “kit” gun. I think New Jersey and Hawaii may have a bill going through legislation atm but I haven’t seen any other state do it yet. Also an act of self-defense is legally different in every state and the federal law would have to take that into account. You are assuming every one will adhere to the “law”. At the time of this pandemic I have seen dozens of establishments not following the statutes. Do you really think people are going to follow so controversial a law?

And if they don’t comply they get voted out, not by the people but by their “peers.”

A license tag reader? Never seen one at any gun show I’ve been to. Never bought a piece with one. Are you in California?

Why am I getting the feeling I’ll be ending my time on earth in a prison, as opposed to a retirement home?

WOW–that was incredibly fast. .gov can move if they really want to.

Well, we are living in a one-party dictatorship now, so…

i don’t know… i don’t know… what we may do. sigh. the $ end of it is pretty steep to overcome. and if you turn in your weapons you lose your purchase price.

Anyone ,,, and i mean ANYONE, who thinks this will fly in any way, shape, or form in OUR country with the political climate, has rocks in their head,,,

Let this go through, they’ll be coming after knives next and we’ll end up like England, where if you have a knife in your possession and don’t have a license AND a “justifiable reason” to carry it, it’s a felony, even as the murder rate rises.

Then rocks are next. : )

It’s not just about disarming the population–they want us helpless. Their thugs must meet NO resistance when they decide to eliminate any group.

Liberals =
Communists, Cowards, elitests, evil, failures, haters, hypocrites, losers, liars, pedophiles, scum

How well did it turn out for the state(s) that required turning in high capacity mags, AR’s?
Not very many participants.

Same thing will happen with this proposed legislation.

Forced inoculations/forced ownership requirements….

Screw ya

All I have are baseball bats, pitch forks, torches and steak knifes…..

….boiling tar and a collection of chicken feathers…..
…..short rope, tall trees.

Lots and lots of rope bud,,,

They make a law against gun/ammo
We, the People, make a law against child trafficking, pedophilia, sacrifice of children, fraud, corruption.

Ohh, yeah,
There are laws against such….

I guess we begin to start to become the ‘untouchables.’

One citizen at a time.
Laws against me, not against thee.

Providing this unconstitutional bill passes and actually goes into affect, anyone who complies to it, well, you deserve it.

If you have a conceal carry permit, they know you have a weapon.

Prove it.
I worked with an old timer Navy guy.
Never owned a handgun, only a hunting rifle.
He applied and received a CCW. Not because he needed one, but because he was, at that time, now allowed.
Granted, state ‘blessings’.

I gave kudos to this man, WM.

The reason I got a CCW, was because the county prosecutor said us, deputy reserves, needed one to be legal.
We could open carry, but to be in the cruiser, it was considered concealed.

There are authority dicks at all levels

My story….sticking to it.

I saw a blog post some time ago, suggesting that everyone get their concealed carry just on general principles, even if they don’t have a weapon.

It’s like they’re reading the Nazi playbook.

And in time,

The Nazi’s, did the unspeakable evils, but in the end game, they didn’t fair so well.

There have already been MANY democrats saying we all need to “pay” be”re educated” some even have said “gotten rid of”

that is reason enough to not comply

Sad to say
But for those that don’t have unavailable amm o or long or short stick boomers,

I’ve got a pellet gun and 100 rds of .177 cal.
A daisy red rider and 500 bbs.

Price will increase daily…..

You’ll put your eye out with that Mister 🙂

One of the best movies of all time!! Far Ra Ra RA Ra Ra Ra Ra RA… Oops, sorry some might say that was insensitive or downright racist.

They will likely go after the easiest target first, AR-15 and AR-10.
Tack on other scary black thingy’s & accessory’s.

I don’t think small guns will be targeted yet.

This first bill may be to just scare people.

Wasn’t registration supposed to be illegal?

If the supreme court gets involved expect the 10th person to be forced in and fast.
Most likely a dress wearing man+ pronoun.
Roberts was never a conservative, at best a flake.

I think when it comes to implementing any control measures that the Goobers will use the technology trap most of us are in.

Old school SWAT smash and grab may be employed for a few they want to make an example of, but for most of us how about:

1.) They freeze your bank accounts so no transactions (even pre-programmed) in or out of your account

2.) Block your cell phones

3.) Internet accounts etc

This will even be easier too when cash is gone

4.) Snatch your children (if and when) in person school attendance resumes.

I’m sure there is plenty more they can do to gain our compliance.

then they will regret it for it not end well for em

Kind of perplexing. I wish I knew what it was to down vote about what I posted. Those nasty events are not something that I would ever want to happen.

Does someone think that the evil ones have not thought of all of these and much worse ? Perhaps if I hadn’t typed them that they would not think of them ?

Don’t worry about it. Trolls will troll, and they don’t care what the content is.

Since we’re being facetious. I lost most of my guns on a fishing trip. They fell in a lake which I forgot the name of. My remaining few I sold to Chico in Mexicali. Lost the receipt. All the ammo I’ve stockpiled in two (2) different states was stolen… sigh… Um did I mention the “kit” guns that were inadvertently flushed down my toilet because I saw a state trooper on the freeway?

Thanks for the chuckle!

By the time you get to tell those tales of woe, however, you’ll be the umpteenth person to do so. I have my doubts about how well those explanations are gonna go over.

Since all the UFO stuff is comin’ out now, I’m just gonna tell the truth: the aliens wanted our defensive tech, to study, and in the spirit of intergalactic harmony, they took the one I had.

Before anyone panics remember that only a few percent of bills that are introduced ever make it out of committee. The last time the Dems held both Congress and the White House, only 3% of legislation introduced was enacted. About half of those were bills renaming post offices and other federal facilities, and commemorations of one thing or another. A lot of the rest that was enacted had to do with funding for and temporary extensions of existing legislation. While the Senate filibuster is still in place, and with an evenly divided Senate, very controversial legislation doesn’t have much of a chance.

Anony Mee,

I hope you’re right about that. Nothing the regime does surprises me, at this point. Who would’ve thought in late 2019 that 2020 would look like it did? Dennis said earlier, something along the lines of throwing a whole bunch of tyrannical stuff in the proposal, hoping to get some of it passed. Maybe that’s the intention. If any of what’s in that bill passes, though, it will be a problem for freedom loving patriots.

OTOH – Here are similar bills one might wig out over.

H.R.647 – To prohibit a Federal firearms licensee from transferring a long gun to a person who the licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe does not reside in (or if the person is a corporation or other business entity, does not maintain a place of business in) the State in which the licensee’s place of business is located.

H.R.130 – Kimberly Vaughan Firearm Safe Storage Act

H.R.167 – To prohibit the transfer of a firearm at a gun show by a person who is not a federally licensed firearms dealer.

H. R. 125 – To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide for a 7-day waiting period before a semiautomatic firearm, a silencer, armor piercing ammunition, or a large capacity ammunition magazine may be transferred.

HR 167 is already law, as stated in your summary.

You can’t buy/transfer a gun except through an FFL on the premises of a gun show. What they are after (I think) is your private sale in the parking lot outside the gun show.

Camel Nose meet Tent….

What’s the difference between the gun show parking lot, a Wal-Mart parking lot, or your drive way ?

That’d be Nada…

Private Sales are the Target.

bb in GA,

Private sellers had tables at gunshows in WI, at least as late as 2019. Not sure if that’s changed since. They certainly do want to know where every gun is, that’s for sure.

So heres the funny thing about all of this,
if about half the people say GFY to these commy Gun grabbing POS, thats about 150,000,000 give or take, if half of those decide to be ahem, proactive, thats 75,000,000, if even a quarter say screw you and start hunting, wont these douchebags be in a um bad light. Ugly stuff but not impossible, i know a dozen vets who have had uncle tell them they shouldnt have bang sticks, not even for hunting, they dont sound real ammenable to this bullshit
