Biden’s ‘America Last’ Agenda and Executive Orders

Trump was all about “America First”. Biden is apparently about “America Last”.

Biden has issued more executive orders in his first week in office — not yet complete, as of this writing — than any of his 45 predecessors.

As of January 25, 2021, Biden has “issued 33 executive orders, actions, proclamations, memoranda and agency directives,”

President Donald Trump signed four in his first week in 2017; President Barack Obama signed five in 2009; George W. Bush signed none in his first week in 2001; and President Bill Clinton signed one in 1993.

As of today, here are just the specific Executive Orders which reverse what Trump had done (so far)

Regulatory Freeze

Revokes five of Trump’s implementations which were aimed at reducing regulations and costs – including (Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs), (Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda), and others.

Stop Construction and Obligation of Funds for Border Wall

Essentially a cease and desist. Biden terminated the state of emergency which was enabling the continuation of new border wall construction. No more wall.

Reversal of Immigration Restrictions from Terrorist Countries

In essence, the proclamation stops Trump’s (and Bush’s, and Clinton’s, and Obama’s, although they’re not mentioned) ban on terrorist countries. It reverses/revokes (among others) Executive Order 13780 of March 6, 2017 (Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States).

Revoke Expansion of Immigration Security

Executive Order 13768 of January 25, 2017 (Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States), is hereby revoked.

Adding Illegal Immigrants To Census

The Biden regime will use illegal immigrant status to determine the number of representatives / apportionment of congressional representatives to each state. Revokes and EO which previously prohibited such action.

Cancel Keystone Pipeline and ~100 Actions on the Environment

Will essentially rescind all of Trump’s actions having to do with the Oil and Natural Gas sector, Coal and Oil-fired plants, emissions and how they’re calculated, fuel economy standards, and so on – in order to align with Biden regime “green” agenda.

Join the Paris Climate Accord

Whereas the Trump administration declined to be held to a legally binding international treaty on climate change, Biden will hold Americans to this framework under the United Nations Convention on Climate Change, also called Paris Climate Agreement or COP21.

Join the WHO with Fauci as Head of Delegation

Revokes the Trump administration’s decision which ended its relationship with, and stop funding the World Health Organization over its failure to enact reforms in the face of concerns over its handling of the coronavirus pandemic and its pro-China bias.

Revoke Actions Intended Towards Federal Worker Accountability, and establish $15/hr Minimum Wage for Federal Workers

Biden revoked the following actions:

  • (Developing Efficient, Effective, and Cost-Reducing Approaches to Federal Sector Collective Bargaining)
  • (Ensuring Transparency, Accountability, and Efficiency in Taxpayer-Funded Union Time Use)
  • (Promoting Accountability and Streamlining Removal Procedures Consistent with Merit System Principles)
  • (Revisions to discipline and unacceptable performance policies, including ones codified in bargaining agreements)
  • (Probation on Initial Appointment to a Competitive Position, Performance-Based Reduction in Grade and Removal Actions and Adverse Actions)

Transgenders Into The Military

Revokes a Trump EO regarding (Military Service by Transgender Individuals). Biden’s regime will instead establish a process by which transgender service members may immediately transition into the Military.

These were just 10 of the 33 current executive orders or actions taken by the Biden regime as of this date, just 5 days since the inauguration.

I’ve briefly listed the revocations and have not mentioned the others (yet). The intent and agenda is clear to me. It will get worse from here.
